Most of our products were developed specifically for our customers project needs and were therefore never intended for commercial sale. Nonetheless, the following overview of some of the realized products gives an idea of our hardware department’s capabilities:

  High bandwith dual channel isolated signal conditioner
 
The signal conditioning module consists of two independent isolating amplifier channels. The inputs can be configured for bipolar voltage ranges of 10V, 20V, 50V, 100V and 200V. The output voltage range is always
±10V.

  8 or 16 channel signal conditioning module for NI-MIO products
 
This device is intended for conditioning industrial sensor signals which are supposed to harsh electrical environment conditions such as high common mode voltage or high frequency noise on the sensor signal. The unit can be used directly with a wide variety of NI's multifunction DAQ-Boards and it's shipped in a 8 channel or 16 channel version.

   Modulare Test Sequencer (MTS)
   
    Framework for automated device and component test
 


MTS is a framework for automated device testing during the production process. The modules for the test sequences can be developed by the test engineer using LabVIEW and can be imported into the MTS’ test modules library. Any test function in the library is accessible through the MTS’ module catalog window and can be embedded into the sequence.
The application offers an interface for automated analysis and reporting of the test results for every single test step. Further data analysis with 3rd-party tools is straightforward since test results are saved in fixed, tabular ASCII format.

  DataRec
   
    Configurable digital high-speed recording system
 
The DataRec measurement system was designed to acquire large amounts of data in real-time and stream it to disk. The easy and intuitive user interface allows simple one-button controlled start and stop of the data acquisition with automatic filename generation. Measurement configurations can be loaded, edited and saved. A build in editor allows for the application-specific configuration of the data acquisition tasks and channels.
